Nintendo have announced? they will be releasing a 3DS version of Flipnote Studio in the not-too-distant future, so we can look forward to that.
But Nintendo has said that flash is not supported with their web browser, so Youtube may or may? not happen. I don't know, maybe there's an update coming...

Nintendo Zone are Wireless hotspots on the 3DS? that as long as your near them, you'll have internet on your 3DS. You can take Quizzes, get retail messages, play demos, and watch Videos! There may be updates in the future!
